• All notarial acts are provided by a commissioned Tennessee notary and are valid in all 50 states as each state recognizes remote online notary acts from Tennessee.

• Most providers will offer just the notarization service with no support aimed at making sure your closing is a success.  We offer a personalized and curated experience to your specific needs from handling special circumstances and expectations to scheduling, helping with technical support questions, and following up to ensure success in all our closings.

Our fees vary by the number of notarizations needed so please contact us for a customized quote.  We accept payment through invoicing with a net 30 payment policy with check or credit card. 

We can notarize any document for use in the United States.  We specialize in real estate title and lender closing packages but also notarize additional documents for divorce, wills, power of attorney, trusts, education, and more. 

You will need a reliable internet connection using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser, a webcam, and a microphone to successfully complete your session.  You can test your connection at speedtest.net.  Prior to each session, you will have to complete an identification verification by uploading a copy of your government issued photo ID and verifying your US social security number.  

By law, we will be unable to complete the  session if any of the above conditions are not met. 

You will be scheduled with a Tennessee state commissioned online notary with the National Notary Association signing agent certification.  Each notary is Fidelity National Title approved, background screened, and experienced in transactions involving the real estate, mortgage, and legal industries.  Our notaries have closed over 15,000 transactions and have been notarizing documents online since 2019.
