What is remote online notarization?

During a remote online notarization session, you will meet with a commissioned notary online utilizing audio and video technology.  All notarial acts are valid and enforceable in all 50 states as each state recognizes notary acts from other states.  eNotary America notaries are commissioned in Tennessee.

What will I need to complete a successful notarization?

You will need a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone to successfully complete your session.  Prior to each session, you will have to complete an identification verification by uploading a copy of your government issued photo ID and verifying your US social security number.  By law, we will be unable to complete your session if any of the above conditions are not met.

Who is notarizing my documents?

You will be scheduled with a Tennessee state commissioned online notary with the National Notary Association signing agent certification.  Each notary is background screened and experienced in transactions involving the real estate, mortgage, and legal industries.  Our notaries have closed over 10,000 transactions and hold over 10 years experience.

Do you complete in-person notarizations?

Of course!  You can schedule your notarization with a notary that will meet you at your desired location and physically notarize your documents.
